Ian Allured, Regional Director (East) and the Adult Mental Health lead for HASCAS, has access to specialist advice from a wide range of clinicians, practitioners, service users and carers from across health and social care. There are currently about 150 people on the list so should an enquiry about any matter related to adult mental health be received Ian will make contact with the potential commissioner and discuss how HASCAS can help. Once the issues have been clarified Ian can approach an associate with the necessary and appropriate experience and prepare a proposal to meet the needs of the commissioner of the work.

In many ways it is the group of associates which gives HASCAS its credibility. They are experts in their own field, and will have been dealing with similar issues before they work on the Project with HASCAS, and will be back working in the same speciality the week after. During their work with HASCAS they will be giving HASCAS, and the commissioner of the work, the benefit of their knowledge and expertise.
