HASCAS has been working with the National CAMHS Support Service to help partnerships develop their service specifications. The programme is being piloted across the Midlands and plans are in progress to roll out across the country.
The vehicle for delivery is the use of a tried and tested half day workshop where key stakeholders are introduced to a commissioning framework and a service specification template.
