Our Values
The experience of service users and carers is core to our work and we aim to make a positive difference to people’s lives and their experience of the services they use. We are independent from policy makers and service providers.
We aim to:
- be systematic, rigorous and reflective building on the available evidence provided by research, practice and user experience;
- add value to health and care organisations through using our experience to work alongside organisations, starting with where they are and using interventions designed to strengthen the local capacity;
- be an organisation that is constantly learning from our work, contributes to the learning of others and seeks innovative ways of working.
We are committed to:
- a team approach, which maximises individuals contributions and is grounded in the experience of service users, their families and carers and the service;
- valuing diversity and difference and believe it strengthens the delivered outcomes of our work.
We believe in honesty, transparency and accountability for our work.
